Over the last two decades MB.O members have developed a strong network of local lawyers and experts throughout Italy. This network enables MB.O to represent clients throughout the entire Italian territory.

MB.O has extensive experience in assisting foreign plaintiffs who have been injured in Italy or, regardless of the place of accident, are entitled to file a claim for damages against Italian defendants. We have successfully assisted foreign individuals and families involved in a wide range of accidents, including road traffic accidents, skiing accidents, slipping and tripping cases, virus outbreaks (in particular salmonella and Legionnaire diseases) and maritime disasters (Costa Concordia). Furthermore, we have represented plaintiffs in major accidents in Italy and abroad, including plane crashes and railways disasters.

We regularly work with international law firms by providing pre-litigation advice and in court proceedings throughout Italy. We can represent clients in criminal proceedings in Italy and can provide assistance with evidence gathering, including requesting documents and, information from hospitals and local police forces. Marco Bona, co-founder of the firm, has been appointed as an expert witness in judicial proceedings in England.
